SALT Dental Partners is hiring a Senior Service Desk Technician to provide Tier 1-3 support for corporate users and dental practices. You will mentor Tier 1 technicians, manage incidents, and coordinate with Tier 3 teams, with on-site coverage at the Home Support Office.
You will support Windows and macOS endpoints, Microsoft 365, printers and network connectivity, and contribute to knowledge base articles and SOPs to improve first-contact resolution and SLA adherence.
