We are seeking a Business Analyst to improve business visibility, streamline reporting, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on centralizing business intelligence, supporting the Monthly Business Review (M ) process, and automating recurring reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence Centralization: Consolidate data, metrics, and reporting across multiple sources into standardized dashboards and a centralized BI framework, establishing consistent KPI definitions and a reliable source of truth.

Monthly Business Review: Own and continuously improve the M  reporting process, including KPI tracking, trend and variance analysis, executive-ready insights, and coordination with business stakeholders.

Reporting Automation: Identify manual and repetitive reporting processes and develop automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and timeliness.

Analytics & Insights: Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Data Quality & Governance: Partner with business and technical teams to improve data consistency, validate reporting outputs, and maintain standardized reporting definitions.

Continuous Improvement: Develop scalable dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytical tools that reduce manual effort and enable teams to make faster, data-informed decisions.

8-10 years relavent experience

Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success

High ownership with a strong bias for action

Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors

Flexibility to shift with business priorities, and unrivaled attention to detail

Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment

Drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making

Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly

Desired Profile Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with BI/reporting tools and data analysis, proficiency with Excel and SQL, and the ability to translate complex data into concise business insights for both operational and executive audiences.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $75,000 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
