Cross-Functional Communication — Ability to work with Market Ops, engineering teams, and leadership. Adaptability — Comfortable with rapidly changing requirements and post-production discovery. Problem Solving — Able to diagnose issues in production and propose scalable solutions.
Job Description:
The Senior Business Analyst will serve as the dedicated BA for a highly complex Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystem supporting provider, practice, program, and location data. This role is critical for Phase 2 of the Ataccama implementation and the transition from Reach to Lead by January 1. The BA will partner closely with Market Operations, Data Engineering, and MDM leadership to define user-facing UI requirements, validate intricate data relationships, and ensure accurate, scalable data flows across the enterprise.
This position requires a technical BA who can navigate deeply intertwined healthcare provider data, perform data validation in Snowflake using Cortex Code, and translate evolving business requirements into clear documentation, use cases, and model changes. The BA will operate as a dedicated, full-focus resource—not split across teams—working directly with Courtney's group and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering — Lead end-to-end requirements collection for user-facing portal/UI, MDM model changes, and downstream outputs. Use Case Development — Document detailed use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria for provider, practice, program, and location relationships. Data Relationship Analysis — Understand and map extremely complex provider data relationships (provider → program → practice → location, attribution, bridge tables, etc.). MDM Model Support — Identify required model adjustments within Ataccama and collaborate with engineering to implement changes.
Snowflake Validation — Use Snowflake + Cortex Code to perform checks, balances, and data validation across underlying views and production datasets. Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with Market Ops for user requirements and Data Engineering for output specifications. Documentation — Create BRDs, functional specs, UI requirements, data mapping documentation, and integration impact assessments. Production Support — Assist in evaluating production issues, roster changes, and evolving requirements discovered post-go-live.
AI Tool Utilization — Leverage Cortex Code and other AI tools to accelerate validation, analysis, and requirement refinement. Phase 2 Delivery — Serve as the primary BA for Phase 2 of the MDM implementation, ensuring readiness for January 1 program changes.
