HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Senior Program Manager / Solutions expert in Retail. Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the program management, applying Agile methodology to drive successful project delivery in a 100+ large onsite offshore engagement. The role involves overseeing multiple projects in AD running simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and leading cross functional teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Must Have

Experience:

Sr. Program Manager / Solutions expert in Retail
Must come from Retail environment
Technical / Functional background 50/50%
Experience with Stakeholder Management
Experience Managing teams on team meetings
Experience Managing Teams on implementations
Should be strong in either area;
Java Spring Boot, or Oracle PLSQL
Python experience would be nice
Experience with Gen AI would be plus

Job Description:

Excellent mix of both retain solutioning ability and delivery
Proven implementation in transformation programs involving Business Analytics, Product Roadmap, Solution Design, Risk Management, Data Science in the retail domain
Strong delivery experience in projects and engagements in Retail domain covering Order Engineering, Planning & Forecasting, Pricing, and Sourcing portfolios etc.
Solution Design & Consultancy experience to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions in retail domain.
Provide subject matter expertise on business processes, system capabilities, and best practices. Work closely with architects and development teams to design scalable solutions. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Technical & Functional Leadership Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams. Review system designs, data models, integrations, and workflows. Provide guidance on configuration, customization, and solution implementation. Support design reviews and solution validation activities. Project Delivery & Implementation Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested.
Monitor project progress and proactively address issues and risks. Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement program management strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects
Utilize agile methodology to manage projects, facilitate scrum meetings, and drive continuous improvement
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issue, and implement mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are met
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Lead and mentor project managers and teams to enhance performance and meet project milestones
Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status to senior management
Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the project teams
Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, metrics and compliance requirements in project execution
Continuously assess and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and delivery quality
Ability to run project level customer cadences and team reviews regularly with delivery best practices

Skill Requirements:

Proven experience in program management with a focus on delivering complex projects
In-depth knowledge and practical experience in agile methodology and frameworks (scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively
Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting
Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to infuse GenAI practices in engagement effectively

Good to Have:

Past hands-on experience or exposure to Java, Oracle, PL/SQL, Python, or React
Exposure to Kafka, MongoDB, and modern integration patterns
Exposure to Azure/GCP, Vertex AI, or comparable cloud and ML platforms
ITIL-based service management background

Pay Range Minimum: 144,000k

Pay Range Maximum: 212,000k
