Sittercity, a leading online childcare marketplace, is seeking part-time help to support our technology-driven platform. In this role, you'll assist with data entry, basic website and app content updates, user account reviews, and quality checks to help families and caregivers connect safely and efficiently. Working closely with our product and support teams, you'll follow clear workflows, document issues, and escalate technical problems as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and data quality tasks across the Sittercity platform
• Support basic website and app content updates following established guidelines
• Review user accounts and profiles for completeness and accuracy
• Perform simple quality checks and report technical or content issues
• Follow documented workflows and escalate complex problems to senior team members
• Collaborate with product and support teams to improve user experience
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and issues identified
• Adhere to privacy, safety, and security standards when handling user information
