As the first point of contact for Metro Nashville employees requiring technical assistance, you'll be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues.

• Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and service portal.
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, connectivity, and more.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Take ownership of incidents and escalate when necessary.
• Participate in training and contribute to team improvements.

• Curiosity about technology and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in customer service or technical support roles.
