SQL Developer

One of our clients in the government domain is seeking an SQL Developer. The role will provide primary application support for City Works, perform application testing and troubleshooting, and support business analysis activities including work planning, deliverable tracking, status reporting, and user-level meetings.

• Report or form creation/modification in Crystal Reports and SQL queries using Cityworks and Land Management data.
• Performing project analysis activities for enterprise-wide application projects such as: work plan input, deliverable definition and tracking, status reporting, conducting user level meetings, and preparing application requirements/specifications.
• Coordinating and communicating with other team members including process owners, users, departments, ITS technical team, and consultants.
• Data extracts from SQL based on user request and/or public request
• Experience with City Works configuration and support, Crystal reporting, and SQL queries
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Experience writing SQL queries to update or extract data from a SQL database
• Experience as systems analyst, supporting users with issues resolution, system enhancement, upgrades and conversion.
• Experience coordinating and conducting end-user training including preparing and updating training materials. As part of an implementation training rollout a plus.
