What You’ll Be DoingThe Tennessee Titans are looking for a hands‑on digital professional to serve as Manager of Digital Marketing, owning the day‑to‑day health, content operations, and performance reporting of the club's web and mobile app platforms.
This role is the operational backbone of our digital presence keeping our web properties and app fast, accessible, on‑brand, and effectively communicating with fans. The Manager partners closely with Marketing, Content, and Analytics teams, and collaborates with Broadcast, CRM, and Corporate Partnerships on cross‑functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the posting of content and ongoing maintenance of webpages across multiple properties using Forge/Pocket, Word Press, and the Yinz Cam Mobile App CMS, ensuring site architecture integrity and brand consistency
- Maintain web accessibility (WCAG/ADA), page performance, and technical SEO across all properties as an ongoing standard
- Build and maintain interactive mobile app fan experiences within Rover, including gameday guides and membership hubs
- Support engagement and retention within the mobile app, managing app content and in‑app messaging in partnership with the app vendor (Yinz Cam) and the content team
- Manage the push notification ecosystem across web and app, with attention to audience segmentation and clear, high-conversion copywriting
- Coordinate posting cadence and platform upkeep for the club's You Tube channel in partnership with Broadcast and Content teams (channel growth strategy is led by Content/Broadcast, with this role supporting execution and reporting)
- Maintain thumbnail and creative‑branding standards across channels for consistency
- Produce weekly analytics reports on website and mobile app performance using Adobe Analytics and Yinz Cam Realtime Dashboards, and share actionable insights that inform content and platform decisions
- Support the AdBook platform's day‑to‑day campaign setup and creative troubleshooting, in partnership with the Partnerships team on sponsor deliverables
- Serve as the digital department's point person in Wrike, keeping cross‑functional tasks on track and on deadline
- Partner with CRM/Analytics teams as needed on connecting web and app data to fan records
- Support the Digital and Marketing teams with additional responsibilities as needed
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies
- 2–5 years of professional experience in digital platform management, content operations, or a related digital media role, with hands‑on execution across web and mobile
- Working experience with an enterprise content management system (CMS)
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools and the ability to translate performance data into clear takeaways
- Genuine interest in serving internal and external partners as a core part of the role
- Experience with the NFL's Forge/Pocket CMS and/or Word Press a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with push notification platforms and basic ad platform operations (e.g., AdBook)
- Familiarity with web accessibility (WCAG/ADA) standards and technical SEO
- Experience with Wrike or a similar project management tool
- Interest in growing into You Tube strategy, experimentation/testing, or CRM data personalization work as the role develops
- Familiarity of NFL rules, Tentpole events, and roster structures
