KANINI is seeking a strategic, commercially oriented Chief Solutions Officer – AI & Solutions to lead the development and growth of AI-led solutions across the organization.
This role sits at the intersection of AI, industry expertise, solutioning, Practices and Sales
, with a strong focus on Banking & Financial Services (BFS) and Healthcare
.
The leader will identify high-value business opportunities, shape differentiated AI and technology solutions, enable Practices and Presales teams, and convert innovation into scalable offerings and measurable client outcomes.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
20+ years of experience in technology, consulting, digital transformation, AI, data or enterprise solutions.
Strong leadership experience in BFS and Healthcare or significant depth in one with exposure to the other.
Strong understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, Data & Analytics and digital transformation
.
Proven experience in enterprise solution development and commercialization.
Experience working with C-suite executives, Sales, Presales, Technology Practices and Innovation teams
.
Strong commercial and business acumen with a track record of influencing revenue, strategic growth or client outcomes.
Excellent executive communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
Ability to influence across a global, matrixed organization.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into scalable solutions.
