Experience:
6-10 Years
Provide Level 3 support for Google Cloud Platform environments, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, operational excellence, and technical guidance for cloud-native services. Act as an SME for complex production issues and support transition activities for managed cloud services. The role should also possess working knowledge of cloud-native security capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve complex GCP infrastructure and platform incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Support transition, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
- Manage platform availability, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with customer and delivery teams on escalations and service improvements.
- Support cloud-native security controls and vulnerability remediation coordination where applicable.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Cloud Networking and IAM
- Monitoring, Logging, and Incident Management
- Understanding of cloud-native security solutions and security best practices
- Google Professional Cloud Architect (Preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Production support and operations experience
- Documentation and knowledge management
- Ability to work in a managed services support environment
