Trustero is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our top-of-funnel pipeline growth across the US and EU territories. This is a pure hunter role — you will be responsible for sourcing, mapping, and opening doors at target enterprise and mid-market accounts. You’ll engage security, compliance, risk, and IT leaders (CISOs, Heads of GRC, VPs of Security) who are actively seeking ways to modernize and scale their GRC programs through AI.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for an ambitious pipeline builder who thrives on multi-channel cold outreach, strategic account mapping, and qualifying high-value sales opportunities in a fast-moving market.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and generate qualified sales meetings/opportunities through outbound multi-channel outreach (cold email, cold calling, Linked In, and video touchpoints).
- Own the initial stages of the sales funnel, mapping target accounts and identifying key decision-makers across security, compliance, risk, and IT departments.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to evaluate fit, pain points, and buyer readiness, effectively qualifying leads before handing them off to Account Executives.
