Job Description- At least 4 years of experience in Production Support Skills
- Experience in Windows and UNIX/Linux, Oracle and PL/SQL, Autosys, Application Management Experience, ITIL, Experience in Agile/Scrum, Basic of Banking
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Should be able operate well under pressure in a growing environment
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT
