Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Representative to manage high-volume caseloads from intake through resolution. This role is responsible for investigating claims, reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and negotiating settlements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct investigations, gather supporting documentation, and evaluate claim validity.
- Communicate effectively with clients, claimants, and cross-functional teams to move claims forward efficiently.
- Negotiate settlements when appropriate and document all claim activity thoroughly.
- Maintain strong compliance standards while delivering a high level of customer service.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time and improve overall claim turnaround.
Qualifications:
- Experience handling claims from intake through resolution.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain compliance and deliver positive customer outcomes.
