This is a full-time on-site role for a Firm Administrator based in Nashville, TN. The Firm Administrator will oversee the Firm’s daily administrative operations, manage office procedures, and support human resources and benefits administration.
This position is responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, accounting oversight, and assisting with the overall operational management of the Firm. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and contributing to the Firm’s overall effectiveness and long-term success.
Qualifications- Demonstrated experience in office administration, including oversight of daily operational activities
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting principles, with experience managing financial operations
- Experience in benefits administration and human resources management
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
