Litigation Legal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support commercial litigation attorneys with at least two years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys being a key contributor.

• Provide day-to-day administrative and litigation support
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• File documents in state and federal courts (including e-filing)
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court dates
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, meetings, and travel
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files
• Assist with discovery, including document production and tracking
• Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
• Process billing, expense reports, and time entries as needed

• Prior experience as a legal assistant, preferably in litigation (commercial litigation experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of court procedures and e-filing systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
