The Tennessee Board of Law Examiners oversees the admission of attorneys to practice law in Tennessee. We administer the bar examination, review applications for admission, and ensure compliance with legal licensure rules. Our mission is to uphold the integrity of the legal profession and protect the public by ensuring all applicants meet the necessary qualifications. The Tennessee board of Law Examiners is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate Admissions Analyst to join our team.
This role is essential to the admissions process for applicants seeking admission to the bar. After an initial training period (~6 months), this position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with remote flexibility.

Job OverviewCommunicate with applicants about application requirements. Handle confidential information with accuracy and discretion. Assist with bar exam administration (including occasional in-state travel). Perform financial tasks such as logging payments and preparing deposits. Collaborate with a small, dedicated team while managing independent responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications- Option 1:
High school diploma + 4 years of administrative experience - Option 2:
Bachelors degree + 1 year of administrative or process management experience - Criminal background check required.
- Important:
Law students or individuals seeking a law license are not eligible. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; comfortable navigating online systems.
- High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
