One of our clients is seeking a Construction Litigation Partner-Level Attorney with 10+ years of experience and a book of business to join their growing team.
This role is fully in-office with no opportunities for remote or hybrid work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction litigation, including handling contract disputes, defect claims, and lien enforcement cases. Candidates should be comfortable managing cases from pre-litigation through trial.
- Manage caseloads of construction disputes with varying complexity
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to develop case strategy
- Negotiate settlements effectively and efficiently
- JD from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Tennessee
- 10+ years' experience in construction litigation
- Portable book of business required
- Proven ability to manage cases independently
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
