In-House Contracts Attorney

Contracts Attorney - 2+ Years' Experience, Long-Term Role

Our client, a large tech company, is seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of contracts experience to join their team.

In this role, you will be reviewing, drafting and redlining a broad range of commercial and tech contracts, including SOW, MSA, SaaS and licensing agreements. The team is supportive but attorneys are encouraged to own their own projects and use independent judgment to close contracts.

• Ability to work in Nashville onsite
• At least 2 years' experience reviewing, drafting, and redlining contracts
• Active bar admission in any state
