Supply Chain Manager, Sales and Operations Planning

Job :  |  Services LLC

As a Supply Chain Manager within Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), you will own supply chain planning at the highest level for Amazon’s fulfillment business, overseeing supply and demand across the Amazon fulfillment network. You will lead large‑scale strategic initiatives in inventory optimization, transportation cost, and labor capacity management to better serve our customers. The role blends short‑term execution with long‑term strategy, requiring data‑driven decisions and stakeholder collaboration across all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and influence in a cross‑functional capacity to create the 16‑week S&OP plan.
  • Data mine using SQL to influence key business decisions.
  • Demonstrate strong customer focus.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to streamline planning tools for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement processes to eliminate defects in the supply chain.
  • Create, develop, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end‑to‑end customer experience.
  • Execute thorough root‑cause analysis and deliver results.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
