• Assign freight loads and monitor shipments
• Maintain operational records and dispatch logs
• Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams
• Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
• Escalate operational conflicts as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
