Business Unit SIOP Leader

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 168,800 - USD 253,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in the Nashville, TN area.

• Accountable for management and execution of the SIOP process at BU business level for mid‑ and long‑term discussion, consolidating network executive outputs and minor flows not managed through the network.
• Understand business stakes for mid and long term, validate business ambition value to planning integration and align with network SIOP leaders any risk on demand and supply for escalation at BU business level and align plan back into networks.
• Lead Shortage Taskforce for global red alerts under allocation status and accelerate back‑to‑normal.
• Maintain a consolidated view of service level and inventory efficiency with target setting and challenge for improvement actions.
• Support or lead OCP supply chain design as backup of supply chain design leader.
• Run the SIOP business executive meeting according to the playbook definition (30% of time).
• Manage functionally network SIOP leader and directly supply or demand planners for minor flows.
• Get and decline BU ambition on mid and long‑term horizon for each network.
• Assess regularly SIOP maturity and yearly network structure, raising SIOP maturity to best in class (20% of time).
• Monitor LOB supply chain readiness coverage.
• Control the process through maturity self‑assessment and participate in audits.
• Contribute to the SIOP community (in and outside the region).
• Participate in external events to stay informed of supply chain planning practices.
• Ensure end‑to‑end digital platform is fully leveraged, deployed, and covered (20% of time).
• Support or lead red alert processes (10% of time) and closely monitor and evaluate crisis levels.
• Monitor end‑to‑end supply chain performance for product lines in terms of OTD, inventory, lead times and shortages (10% of time).
• Optimize supply chain flow (10% of time).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics management, business administration, industrial engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.
• Preferred:
  Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM), Master of Business Administration (MBA) with focus on operations and supply chain.

• Relevant experience in the supply chain field, covering procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, or demand planning.
• Cross‑departmental project experience, especially involving coordination between different functional teams to achieve common supply chain goals.

• Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of supply chain data.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools such as SAP, demand planning software, Kinaxis, and others.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics and statistics for forecasting and optimizing supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities for wise decisions in complex, uncertain situations.
• Strategic thinking to understand and plan supply chain from a macro perspective.

Obtaining professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Lean certification, or Six Sigma (Green/Black) can enhance competitiveness.
