Night or Weekend Dispatcher
Location:
Nashville, TN
Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring for Night or Weekend Dispatchers, compensated at $18.00/hr plus a bonus exceeding $500/month.
Ideal Candidate- Have a strong desire to achieve goals and take pride in your work
- Like to ensure you provide the right solution, leaving nothing to chance
- Enjoy building strong connections with your customers
- Nights: 5 P–5 A (12‑hour shifts) | 4 ON / 4 OFF
- Days:
Sat/Sun 7 A–7 P and Monday/Friday 9 A‑7 P
- Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity both internally and externally.
- Accurate data entry of the company computer systems.
- Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines, with very little guidance in some situations.
- Works with team members to solve problems.
- Provides clear work instructions to drivers.
- Demonstrates high resource utilization.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
