BTX Global Logistics is seeking a proven operations leader with a track record of success within the global freight forwarding industry. The International Operator reports to the Station Manager and is responsible for supporting the BTX Corporate business unit operations, customer service, compliance, SOPs, and KPIs. This role handles both Air/Ocean Imports and/or Air/Ocean Exports, ensuring quality service and profitability of corporate global operations in line with the company’s strategic goals.

• Courteous etiquette via phone or email to facilitate client service requests expeditiously.
• Air/Ocean Import/Export shipment coordination:
  Set‑up shipments and amendments based on client directives.
• Obtain competitive, unique price solutions to satisfy client requests relative to shipment particulars.
• Track updates:
  Input milestones and provide client updates throughout shipment transit.
• Fulfill specialized client requests within communicated time frames.
• Maintain relationships with importers/exporters and knowledge of shipper lanes.
• Perform compliance functions with corporate compliance department specific to TSA and FMC requirements.

• Minimum 3 years of operational experience within Air/Ocean Import/Export freight forwarding or logistics transportation.
• Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline preferred; relevant work experience also considered.
• Strong computer skills and analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of Air/Ocean import/export process flow.
• Ability to quote both retail customers and global agents and understand involved variables.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal customs brokerage team and customer‑nominated brokers.
• Present ideas in business‑friendly, user‑friendly language.
