Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction. The role requires a strong technical understanding of Solar Tracking Systems, along with proficient project management skills to handle project P&L, cost management, and revenue forecasting. You will also provide customer field support for installation and quality control, driving resolutions through Non-Conformance Report and Construction Deviation Report processes.
Responsibilities
- Run projects, read contracts, and scope costs while conducting data analysis to determine parts allocation.
- Manage groups of projects from purchase order to commissioning, taking ownership of all project aspects.
- Develop and maintain technical understanding of Solar Tracking Systems and associated tools.
- Manage project P&L including revenue forecasting, invoicing, cashflow, and cost management.
- Provide customer field support for installation and quality control.
- Drive resolution to quality issues through Non-Conformance Report and Construction Deviation Report processes.
- Support product development, sales, and marketing as requested.
- Coordinate ordering of tools and ensure availability and training for projects.
- Ensure strong customer care experience and effectively communicate resolutions for customer issues.
- Oversee safety and daily project workflow of Technical Advisers and Commissioning Teams assigned to the site.
Essential Skills
- Strong project management skills and qualifications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in project management.
- Proficiency in supply chain procurement and logistics.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in dealing with customer support and O&M issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction and change order processes.
- Technical understanding and experience with solar technology.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $55.29/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
