* What We’re Looking For:

** The Director of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Contracting leads a centralized sourcing, procurement, contracting, and vendor management function within a complex, multi-location hospitality environment. This role drives enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver cost savings, quality improvements, operational efficiencies, and exceptional service to internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, evaluating suppliers, leading negotiations, managing contracts, and overseeing the procurement of goods and services that support hotel operations.

The Director ensures compliance with company policies, budgets, and service standards while fostering strong supplier partnerships and business relationships. This position also provides leadership, training, mentoring, and professional development to build a high-performing sourcing and procurement team.

* What You Will Do:

*** Lead the Sr. Manager, Sourcing & Contracting and Sr. Manager, Procurement, overseeing a team of 15 professionals.
* Establish performance goals, delegate responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide coaching to ensure delivery of objectives.
* Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and corrective action planning.
* Develop and maintain training programs, materials, and competency standards for team members.
* Drive the development and execution of enterprise sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Direct spend analysis, market benchmarking, supplier cost modeling, and financial impact assessments.
* Lead vendor selection initiatives and collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and executive leadership to implement sourcing strategies.
* Build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and support for procurement initiatives.
* Oversee the RFP process, including vendor solicitation, bid evaluation, and final supplier selection.
* Ensure sourcing and contracting activities are executed consistently, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards.
