Join our US11 Panel builder team as a n Upstream Flow Controller and be at the heart of optimizing our supply chain operations! We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who manages supplier relationships, procurement execution, and inbound material flow to support uninterrupted production.

What will you do?
  • Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities to ensure the availability of raw materials and components while balancing inventory levels and business requirements.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and continuously improve material planning processes to support on-time delivery and production schedules.
  • Execute daily purchase order (PO) placement, track supplier deliveries, and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular meetings and ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to optimize supply flow and resolve material-related issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels against established targets and take proactive measures to address shortages, excess stock, and potential supply risks.
  • Ensure continuous product availability by resolving backorders, supply constraints, and delivery delays.
  • Review and manage ERP-generated messages, identify recurring issues, and elevate concerns to drive timely resolution.
  • Analyze inventory and stock discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Material Planning, or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
