Hours:
Typical range of hours based on community needs and may require weekends and after hours emergency services. Full Time: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (average 40 hours).
Physical Demands:
Medium work (exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally), climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing. Visual acuity to operate hand tools. Subject to weather.
Drug Screens:
Pre-employment, post-injury, reasonable suspicion, and possible random screens.

General Summary of Associate ResponsibilityTo support and assist all aspects of community operations, reporting to and acting under the direction of the Service Supervisor and Community Manager.
Preferred Knowledge / Experience / Ability- High school diploma or equivalent; foundation in business principles.
- HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
- Proven leadership with commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated with ability to set priorities and manage time to achieve goals.
- Resourceful problem solver able to address unexpected challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative team player with strong verbal/written communication, organization, and ability to work with on-site staff, residents, supervisors, corporate associates, and vendors.
- Proficient in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
- Skilled in tracking and managing inventory of materials and parts.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle chemicals safely.
- Available for emergency calls during nights and weekends as needed.
- Detail-oriented with commitment to maintaining community common areas and amenities.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet applications.
- Provide support by performing general maintenance duties in common areas.
- Available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
- Ensure independent and timely completion of service requests in occupied apartments in line with company and property standards.
- Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, prioritizing resident satisfaction and contributing to occupancy goals.
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs and manage ongoing repair of mechanical systems to preserve property value.
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas at all times.
- Take on additional related duties as assigned.
- Adhere to safety protocols while completing tasks.
- Provide courteous and friendly service to residents to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Assist and report on inspections and quality assurance review results.
