Groundskeeper – Pine Street Flats & Mercury View Lofts, Nashville, TN
Seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities. The role offers competitive hourly pay, hourly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

- Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities in top condition
- Respond promptly and courteously to service requests
- Care for equipment, tools, and supplies; manage inventory
- Clean work areas and equipment
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- Perform light maintenance and prepare vacant apartments
