As a Residential Cleaner at TN Home Buyers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every property we manage or renovate is clean, organized, and move-in ready. Your work directly impacts the appearance, safety, and readiness of our homes for inspections, listings, and showings.

You will work closely with Project Managers and the Field Operations team to prepare homes for photos, inspections, and potential buyers while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys seeing tangible results from their efforts.

• Clean, organize, and maintain properties according to TN Home Buyers’ standard cleaning checklists (pre-listing, post-renovation, or turnover).
• Conduct detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Perform final walk-throughs to ensure homes are photo-ready, inspection-ready, and move-in ready.
• Capture and upload before-and-after photos of each property to track progress.
• Identify and report property damage, maintenance needs, or incomplete work to Project Managers.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies, tools, and vehicles to support efficient workflow.
• Secure properties after cleaning by locking doors and windows.
• Support light staging efforts, such as arranging minor items, setting blinds, or wiping down furniture.
• Assist the team with deep cleans, seasonal touch-ups, or other special cleaning projects as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure proper waste disposal at every job site.
• Communicate with the Field Operations and Construction teams regarding progress, issues, or delays.

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between multiple properties per day.
• Ability to follow procedures, checklists, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good communication skills to report property issues and coordinate with team members.
