Nuveldy's Apartment Turnover Services is seeking meticulous and hardworking Professional Cleaners to join our Field Operations team. As a Professional Cleaner, you will play a critical role in preparing vacant apartments for new residents across large multi-family communities. You'll ensure every unit is spotless, sanitized, and move-in ready - exceeding the expectations of our property management partners. From deep cleaning and trash-outs to handyman services, painting, and carpet cleaning, we ensure every apartment we service is welcoming and move-in ready. • Perform thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms in vacant apartments.
• Clean and sanitize appliances, countertops, cabinets, sinks, tubs, toilets, showers, and fixtures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors as needed.
• Dust and wipe down baseboards, doors, trim, windows, and other surfaces.
• Remove debris or dust left behind from repairs or painting.
• Meet Nuveldy's strict move-in ready standards to ensure complete client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily assignments.

• 4+ years of professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to delivering quality work.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license (required).
• Coachable, respectful, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks thoroughly.
• Performance bonuses for high-quality work and positive customer feedback.
• Consistent assignments with opportunities for full-time hours (top performers work up to 40 hours/week).

• Supportive team environment.

• Full-Time - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

• On-site work throughout Davidson County, TN.
• 100% travel to client apartment communities within the region.
