Greystar’s The Monroe community in Nashville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and preventative maintenance across buildings, grounds and amenities. You will handle work orders, diagnose issues, supervise vendors, and ensure work meets Greystar standards.
You will lead the make-ready process for new move-ins, assist in budgeting, and promote safety while coordinating with the Community Manager.
