The Boring Company in Nashville, TN is seeking a Facilities Lead to own daily operations, maintenance and improvements across tunneling jobsite infrastructure. This in-office role combines hands-on build work with problem solving to keep essential site systems online and support rapid progress.
You will lead a small crew, manage power, water, lighting, ventilation, yard organization and general upkeep of surface facilities, working closely with TBM operations and EHS teams.
