Accounts Payable Manager

Overview

Synergy Search is partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed organization seeking an AP Manager
. This is a critical, hands-on role built for an experienced AP professional ready to step into leadership, stabilize core processes, and help scale the function during an aggressive growth and acquisition phase.

• 3–4+ years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with Sage Intacct;
  Stampli and/or Ramp strongly preferred
• Exposure to AP integrations and process improvement initiatives
• Easy-going, entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in a lean environment

• Own and manage the full AP function in a high-growth environment
• Lead the transition of AP systems from Stampli to Ramp
• Ensure accurate accruals, reconciliations, and clean AP close
• Shorten the AP close cycle and maintain timely weekly check runs
• Partner closely with the Controller and CFO on process design and controls
• Support acquisition integrations and evolving accounting infrastructure
• Prepare for future people leadership; AP Specialist likely to be added

💰 Up to $95K base salary.
