Location: National Coordination Center, Greater Nashville, Tennessee (On-Site only)
Hours of Work

The NCC will operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year (24/7/365).
This PM is specifically responsible for the NCC’s facility lease, design, buildout, and operational setup.
Required Qualifications- Government facility buildouts
- Office design and construction
- Large-scale operational transitions
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee all aspects of leasing, design, construction, and operational setup of the NCC facility.
- Manage coordination between the government, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and technically compliant.
- Provide strategic planning, technical oversight, risk management, and resource planning.
- Ensure facility supports all mission requirements, including TACCOM, security, IT, redundancy, and COOP readiness.
