The RPCM will have direct P&L and operational oversight for all Waste Pro Post Collection/Disposal facilities within an identified area/region, including landfills, transfer stations, material recovery facilities, yard waste facilities, and other disposal sites.
The RPCM will ensure daily site procedures are followed, including safety, environmental, training, and equipment maintenance policies. The RPCM will develop strategies to ensure facilities operate efficiently to maintain compliance and profitability.
