An industry leader in large-scale community management is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a premier master-planned development outside of Nashville, TN. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the transition of a high-profile property from developer control to a resident-led board, shaping the future of one of the region's most sought-after neighborhoods.

PositionResponsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, association direction, and maintenance of all community assets.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors for long-term planning, goal setting, and policy guidance.
- Manage and monitor operating and reserve budgets, including the preparation of variance reports.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a dedicated onsite team of five, including administrative, maintenance, and lifestyle staff.
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, architectural standards (CC&Rs), and applicable state laws.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management program and oversee service contractors.
- Foster a strong sense of community by conducting regular meetings with residents and volunteers.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience, with at least 1 year specifically in HOA or onsite community management.
- Experience managing properties during the transition from developer to resident board control is highly preferred.
- Active CAM license (CMCA or LCAM) is preferred; must have the ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets of $1M or greater.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment and standard office technology.
- Ability to work a standard Monday–Friday schedule with on-call availability for emergencies.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background, credit, and driving record checks.
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year.
- Annual Bonus: 3% – 5% discretionary bonus potential.
