• Inventory Management:
  Lead and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Training:
  Develop and mentor team members to excel in their roles.
• Speed of Service:
  Ensure timely and efficient customer experiences.
• Customer Loyalty:
  Foster relationships to create devoted patrons.
• Location Health Scorecard:
  Monitor and enhance overall performance metrics.
• Hiring:
  Assist in recruiting talented team members.
• Marketing & Events:
  Support promotional activities and community events.
• Scheduling:
  Manage staffing to meet operational needs.

• Passionate about coffee and experienced in shop management.

• 1+ years of work experience in coffee/cafe management.
• Self starter who has the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable.
• Team player.
• Enjoys continuous change and improvement.
• Naturally occurring hair colors
• High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done.

• $45,000.00- $50,000 per year
