Coffee & Community | General Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated leader to oversee our team and create an exceptional coffee and community experience. In this role, you'll drive performance in key operational areas, ensure a welcoming environment, and deliver outstanding customer service.
The title "Coffee & Community" reflects our commitment to fostering meaningful connections within our team and with the customers we serve. As Surefire continues to grow, this role requires agility, ownership, and a "whatever it takes" mentality.
Areas of Accountability:- Inventory Management:
Lead and maintain accurate stock levels. - Training:
Develop and mentor team members to excel in their roles. - Speed of Service:
Ensure timely and efficient customer experiences. - Customer Loyalty:
Foster relationships to create devoted patrons. - Location Health Scorecard:
Monitor and enhance overall performance metrics. - Hiring:
Assist in recruiting talented team members. - Marketing & Events:
Support promotional activities and community events. - Scheduling:
Manage staffing to meet operational needs.
- Passionate about coffee and experienced in shop management.
- Skilled in building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- 1+ years of work experience in coffee/cafe management.
- Self starter who has the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

- Enjoys continuous change and improvement.
- Naturally occurring hair colors
- High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done.
- $45,000.00- $50,000 per year
