Project Executive

The Senior Project Executive in Nashville will lead multiple high-stakes developments, driving not only schedules and budgets but also the strategic vision of the projects themselves. This is a role for a builder who thrives at the intersection of operational mastery and leadership influence.

You will oversee large, complex projects from concept through completion, translating business objectives into actionable plans while mentoring and inspiring project teams. Success requires an ability to anticipate challenges, optimize performance, and cultivate client and stakeholder relationships that strengthen both project outcomes and the company’s market presence.

• Direct multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring performance against budget, schedule, and quality metrics.
• Align teams across field and office functions to deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Implement processes and practices that improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and elevate outcomes.
• Serve as the visible leader on-site and in client interactions, setting expectations and fostering accountability
• Mentor project managers, engineers, and superintendents to grow high-performing teams
• Shape the culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration across all projects
• Drive initiatives in succession planning, recruitment, and leadership development

• 10+ years of commercial experience preferably with a top ENR GC
• Proven track record leading multiple large-scale commercial projects
• Deep expertise in budgeting, scheduling, cost management, contract negotiation, and team leadership
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels
