We’re seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations across this unique portfolio, lead on-site teams, and deliver an exceptional resident experience in one of Nashville’s most desirable neighborhoods.

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience
• Proven leadership across leasing, maintenance, marketing, and collections
• Strong understanding of budgets, NOI, and occupancy goals
• Excellent communication and resident-relations skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Property management software experience (Entrata a plus)
• High-energy, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset

• Oversee daily operations across four apartment communities
• Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams
• Drive leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and renewals
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and financial reporting
• Coordinate maintenance operations and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing laws
