Our client, located in Nashville, is a Director of Event Logistics to lead end-to-end execution of premium, high-touch events. This is a critical leadership role overseeing logistics strategy, onsite execution, budgeting, and a growing team.
What You’ll Do- Lead planning and execution of complex events from kickoff through close‑out
- Manage and develop a logistics team
- Own event budgets, job costing, staffing plans, and profitability
- Partner with clients, vendors, and leadership to deliver exceptional experiences
- Be hands‑on when needed, including onsite execution and troubleshooting for the day of events
- 7+ years of event logistics, event management, or hospitality experience
- Proven people leadership and strong project management skills
- Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on execution
- Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills
- Must reside in or relocate to Nashville, TN
Title: Director of Event Logistics
Salary: $100–$125k salary + bonus opportunity
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
