Plumbing Service Manager - Commercial Service
A well-established, highly respected plumbing contractor is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead and grow its service operation. This company is known for its strong culture, collaborative leadership team, above-market compensation, excellent benefits, and extremely low turnover.
This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to run service operations, lead people, and keep jobs, customers, and margins on track.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead, develop, and retain a team of plumbing service professionals
- Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, workload planning, and dispatch
- Hire, coach, and manage performance with clear expectations and accountability
- Address operational challenges and personnel issues promptly and professionally
- Support budgeting, job cost awareness, and overall service performance
- 10+ years of plumbing service or project management experience
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and direct teams
- Excellent communication skills with technicians, customers, and leadership
- Experience managing budgets, labor, and operational performance
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
