We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee installation projects from scheduling through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating installers, managing materials and inventory, ensuring quality control, and maintaining strong communication between sales teams, contractors, and homeowners. The Project Manager will lead field operations with clarity and accountability, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.

This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

OBJECTIVES
  • Assign and communicate weekly project schedules to installers, ensuring clarity and preparedness.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to confirm job details, scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Conduct weekly materials inventory checks and ensure product consistency (lot/shade matching).
  • Meet with homeowners and contractors to review project details and document any scope changes.
  • Lead and manage installation teams, reinforcing performance expectations and quality standards.
  • Perform pre-installation inspections for contractor jobs to assess readiness and prevent delays.
  • Monitor daily operations and identify process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Print and review weekly work orders; ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct routine storage unit inventory counts and adjust inventory accordingly.
  • Utilize calendar systems to maintain consistent scheduling routines and operational structure.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction, installation, home services, flooring, roofing, tile, or similar trade-based industry
  • Proven experience managing installation crews, subcontractors, or field teams
  • Experience coordinating schedules, materials, and job-site logistics
  • Strong understanding of work orders, change orders, and field documentation
  • Experience reviewing measurements and technical specifications
  • Familiarity with inventory management and materials tracking
  • Experience verifying job completion and processing contractor/installer pay
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
  • Bilingual highly desired
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission on any new contracts (20% net profit)
