Chief of Staff application;
The Chief of Staff is the strategic right hand to the Executive Leadership Team. This role exists to amplify leadership effectiveness by turning vision into execution, building alignment across the organization, and ensuring the company operates with clarity, focus, and discipline as it scales.
The Chief of Staff leads the Office of the Executive Leadership Team and is explicitly accountable for the operating rhythm for both the ELT and the SLT. This role is not about adding bureaucracy. It is about multiplying leadership impact by bringing structure, accountability, and relentless follow through to the company’s most important priorities.
As The Health Institute continues to scale, the Chief of Staff serves as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring that decisions translate into action and that cross functional initiatives move forward with speed and precision.
How This Role OperatesThe Chief of Staff operates through trust, influence, and judgment rather than formal authority. Success in this role depends on building deep alignment and credibility with the Executive Leadership Team and broader organization.
This role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, integrating strategy, execution, and communication, and navigating complex dynamics without a fixed playbook. The Chief of Staff leads from behind, challenges assumptions when needed, and acts in service of the mission rather than personal visibility.
The role evolves as the company grows and requires adaptability, resilience, discretion, and the ability to manage sustained intensity.
