Our client is currently looking for a Warranty Specialist for their Property Management Division in Nashville.

This person will have success in solving home owners concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced customer-service / post-construction environment.

The person in this role will be self-driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. You will also heavily interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builders in a professional manner to resolve repair issues for the tenant.

About the Role

Over the past decade, our Client saw the need to develop its own internal Property Management department due to post-construction concerns/issues that they (& every developer) has encountered in new construction.

Our Client wants to mitigate any decline of satisfaction in their product regardless of The amount of complexity of the project or process.

As a Property Manager (PM) you will oversee the successful warranty service for post-construction properties to the tenants/client within the reasonable Delivery timeline. This individual will establish and enforce Property management & Warranty standards, and ensure that all actions align with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines.

The role oversees the complete lifecycle of real estate warranty projects, from initial request to planning to completion, and closing projects.

Qualifications

Needed & What You'll Do
  • High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Clean & Valid driver’s license
  • 4-5 years of apartment management experience
  • Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff
  • Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
  • Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation
  • Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects
  • Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations
