The Inventory Manager will oversee inventory accuracy and back-of-the-house operations so that our Store Teams can focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position will manage the Warehouse Transfers Team (Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, Assistant Inventory Coordinator, and Couriers) and train Inventory Coordinators across all Fleet Feet Nashville doors. The Inventory Manager will drive inventory accuracy and process efficiency. The person hired for this role is responsible for managing systems including Point of Sale, Merchant Services and PCI compliance.

- Train Inventory Coordinators across all brick & mortar locations
- Work with Regional Manager to ensure Inventory Coordinators are receiving shipments daily, executing store to store transfers weekly, entering purchase orders, processing returns from other Fleet Feet locations, processing defective product, managing special orders
- Hire, train and manage Warehouse Transfer personnel to ensure transfers between stores are handled in a timely fashion
- Oversee transfer vehicles and maintenance
- Manage E-commerce Operations across all brick & mortar locations and ensure Company is meeting Fleet Feet’s fulfillment standards
- IT/Systems Management (Point person for PCI compliance, RICS, Merchant Services, etc.)
- Process and manage returns from other Fleet Feet locations in a timely manner
- Coordinate physical inventory and cycle counts with Inventory Coordinators at store locations and warehouse
- Manage monthly RMA reporting and communicating with CFO Team
- Coordinate with Buying Team to process Return Authorizations when necessary
- Reconcile transfers to ensure accurate inventory numbers
- UPC/SKU management (requesting when needed, merging, etc.)
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable administration
- Collect and reconcile House Charge payments on a monthly basis

Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 per year
