Job Description # Quality Manager - Electronics Manufacturing
* 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering
* Hands‑on experience in
** electronics manufacturing
*** Understanding of factory operations and throughput optimization
* Strong Excel and basic data analysis skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Experience supporting new product launches or production ramps
* Background in consumer, automotive, or industrial electronics
* Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous factory environments
* Speed and effectiveness in resolving issues
* Ability to keep product flowing through the factory
* Overall contribution to units shipped
