TITLE

CNC Programmer

This role is responsible for programming CNC machines that manufacture complex, large-scale structural components. You’ll support a well-established, growing manufacturing organization known for precision work, advanced equipment, and long-term customer relationships in a regulated environment. The position is based in a major U.S. manufacturing region with a strong skilled-trades workforce.

• Have hands-on experience programming CNC machines used to manufacture large, complex structural parts and assemblies.

• Are comfortable creating CNC programs using CAM software and supporting machining directly at the machine when needed.

• Can read and interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications with a high level of accuracy.

• Enjoy working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to improve processes and outcomes.

A minimum of 5 years of CNC programming experience, ideally supporting large-format or complex structural machining, with strong CAM programming skills. Experience working independently, supporting others on the shop floor, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts is required.
