Prepress Technician

This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Prepress Technician located in Nashville, TN. Our prepress team operates very much in the "team" aspect. They are in constant communication with each other and as part of their daily procedures, are constantly checking each other's work before it heads to production. You, as a Prepress Technician, will prepare files for print production by conducting preflight checks, ensuring graphics and layouts meet quality standards, and making necessary corrections.

Responsibilities will include prepress tasks for both digital and offset production, including typesetting, file conversion, and imposition.

• Knowledge of Print Production and experience working within the printing process
• Knowledge of Preflight and Pre‑press tasks, including file preparation and quality assurance
• Experience in Graphics, such as layout adjustments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with relevant prepress software and technology
• Experience with offset and digital printing equipment is a plus
• Design and/or variable data experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
