Job Description: Quality Manager – Electronics Manufacturing (Contract)
Job#: 3023009
Location: LaVergne, TN (Onsite at supplier factory)
Duration: 6-month contract (extension or conversion possible)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite

What You’ll Do- Work onsite at a supplier factory to identify and resolve manufacturing and quality issues
- Debug issues in real time across test, repair, and debug operations
- Optimize factory flow to improve throughput and cycle time
- Analyze production data using Excel to identify trends and bottlenecks
- Perform physical inspections and deep dives into product and process issues
- Collaborate daily with internal engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
- Communicate status, risks, and priorities clearly to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering
- Hands‑on experience in electronics manufacturing
- Understanding of factory operations and throughput optimization
- Strong Excel and basic data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting new product launches or production ramps
- Background in consumer, automotive, or industrial electronics
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous factory environments
- Speed and effectiveness in resolving issues
- Ability to keep product flowing through the factory
- Overall contribution to units shipped
- Direct impact on a critical hardware launch
- Highly hands‑on engineering work
- Exposure to senior technical leadership
- Strong potential for extension or conversion
