This is a full‑time Toolmaker role based on‑site in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The Toolmaker will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in the production process. Daily tasks will include reading and interpreting technical drawings, performing precision machining, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring all tools meet quality and safety standards. The Toolmaker will work closely with the production and engineering teams to support efficient and high‑quality manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency in tool design, fabrication, and maintenance
• Strong mechanical skills in machining, welding, and operating manual or CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing production tools and dies
• Knowledge of quality control processes and safety standards in a manufacturing environment
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Certificate, diploma, or apprenticeship in Toolmaking, Machining, or a related technical field
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate technical information clearly
